They never pick up the phone . I have paid out of pocket multiple times and I still haven’t been able to get any real help. It’s been over a YEAR now and lots of money wasted I’ll never come back. No one was willing to help me find a medication that works for me and it’s available even after calling multiple times. They even refused to pick up my calls during business hours too. They logged my diagnosis wrong so my insurance couldn’t cover my prescription. Ive been trying to have them fix it and they wouldn’t even give me a call back to keep me updated and when I call no one picks up the phone. I would not recommend especially if you’re paying your of pocket I was definitely ROBBED

Dr. Z is great but his staff is incredibly rude. You’d think they’d be more understanding or just nice in general to a patient who sees him for mental health issues.
