Truly excellent IT services. Two of my consulting clients utilize Hi-Tech and I recommend them constantly. They are professional and quick to respond. Both clients have their 24 hour service and I can say definitively it is 24 hours - I have emailed them in the middle of the night/early morning while working late and gotten a fast response.
