Really great experience. Dr. Annie Liang was thorough, took her time, and explained everything clearly. She made sure I got the right lenses and that everything was a perfect fit for me. I felt comfortable the entire visit and never rushed. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Diricco was the best optometrist I’ve had and helped fix a major eye problem. Sadly she has left the practice and her replacement was the polar opposite. I didn’t even know she’d left until I showed up for a follow-up and the appointment was cancelled without telling me. The new doctor barely registered I was there and was rude and dismissive. I had recently had eye surgery and wanted to check things but he insisted my prescription couldn’t have changed enough to bother so didn’t check anything. I’m certain I needed a new prescription in one eye post-surgery but he wouldn’t even look. They convinced me to order contact lenses through them but after a month they still hadn’t come in despite already paying. I ordered online and got them the next day for a lot cheaper. They were very reluctant to refund me. I will be seeking vision care elsewhere from here on.
