This location and office staff are so welcoming and showed genuine compassion towards me during my visit. I was having vision issues and they were able to accommodate me very quickly. The exam was thorough and I felt reassured after seeing Dr. Vu! She was so delicate with her hands and able to explain what I was experiencing. It made perfect sense! I love a doctor who educates their patients on the medical background, I'm feeling much better and I owe it all to Herald Square Eyecare! Thank you so much!

The front office staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful in every aspect of the visit - from welcoming me in to explaining my benefits, it was a breeze. The doctor was so thorough and I really appreciated the time she spent on my exam. She explained every portion so well. She also took the time to walk me through the imaging and explain the results. Normally I dread going to the eye doctor, but now I really look forward to my next visit. :)
