There are no words for the level of carelessness and unprofessionalism of the staff and specialists in this building. The negative impact they have on people that are helpless and relying on life saving surgeries and treatment is detrimental and needs a thourough review. I would recommend seeing specialists at Stormont Vail if your insurance will cover it or consider going out of town. Do not waste any time that could set back any chance of recovery or treatment going here. They do not care about you. The quality of care at this building can be extremely low, slow and technologically inferior. They are not set up in a manner that promotes rapid and effective Healthcare. If your only option is to use these providers hopefully you will have a better experience. The rude nature of the admin. staff can be looked over due to the probability that they have not been properly trained or provided the tools they need but the unprofessionalism and lack of regard for human life of the specialists is astonishing, not in a good way.
