I have been coming to Heart and Soul now for some time, going through a myriad of life’s crises. I have found peace, growth and strength through my coming here. Heart and Soul is a wonderful place of help and healing. I can’t say enough good things about Tina, the executive director, and her office manager, Jesse. Jesse is so kind, pleasant, calm and attentive to your concerns and needs. I find him to be very professional and caring. He has always gotten right back to me for anything that came up. He is the perfect fit for this position at maintaining this busy office between staff and clients alike. The other office personnel are also friendly and likewise professional. I have also had the need to visit some of the NP’s. I have nothing but thanks to them, including Patricia, for their medical skill. I highly recommend this amazing source of health and well being. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service at this doctor’s office. Reaching anyone by phone is nearly impossible — calls go unanswered, and voicemails are never returned. I have repeatedly had to call, text, and email just to get a simple medication refill, only to be ignored each time. The office manager, Jesse, has been particularly unhelpful and unprofessional. He does not respond to texts or return phone calls, and his complete lack of compassion or concern for patient care is appalling. Patricia Fogarty, a nurse practitioner there, is wonderful and it's a shame that she is practicing in such an unprofessional, uncaring, and poorly managed practice. This is by far the most unprofessional and poorly managed medical office I have ever encountered. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Department of Professional Misconduct, as no patient should be subjected to this kind of negligence. Avoid this office if you value responsive, compassionate care — because you will not find it here.
