I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nichols-Amed for 7+ years and I can honestly say she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. From day one, she helped ease my anxiety around dental visits with her calm, kind, and professional bedside manner. She takes the time to explain every step of a procedure, which makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Her entire staff is just as wonderful—always friendly, attentive, and organized. The office runs smoothly and has such a welcoming atmosphere. I truly trust Dr. Dr. Nichols-Amed and her team with my dental care and can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines skill, compassion, and great communication the way they do.

I’m always offered water and taken back to my own room where relaxing music plays. The dental assistants are sweet, kind, and thoughtful in everything they do. Dr. Amed and Dr. Mita are true professionals — I always get the best teeth cleaning and enjoy great conversation. Dr. Amed is incredibly knowledgeable and never fails to make me smile, while Dr. Mita has the gentlest touch. The front desk staff is genuinely welcoming, and the whole practice prioritizes patient comfort and happiness. Diana at the front desk always works with me to make sure my care is affordable. I love Healthy Smile, and even now that I don’t live in NYC, I’ll travel back just to come here!
