Terrible Terrible Terrible Place Do not waste your time !! Do not waste your money!! I honestly should’ve taken the time to read ALL the reviews before scheduling my mother’s appointment here. Do not bother coming here if you’re looking to get work done for USCIS. You would think since they speak spanish that they would be helpful to clients who speak the same language, but it was the complete opposite. The man I spoke with today, absolutely should not bother working as a receptionist ! The disrespect and the talk back was completely UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND DISGUSTING!!!

If I could rate this place 0 I would. Honestly worst experiences ever. The man in the front desk shouldn’t even be working with people. Words aren’t even enough to describe how rude and disrespectful he is with people. This is supposed to be a clinic to “help” people but they don’t do anything, don’t answer phone. You have to call like 4-5 times to get an answer. Will NEVER EVER return to this unprofessional environment. And don’t recommend even if it was the last clinic in the area.
