Every time I call Noone answers. And the lady at the front desk is very rude. She don't let you talk and always talking over you. My health insurance tells me I'm allowed to get shoes 2 times a year but they tell me no that my insurance is lying. Who lying them or insurance I think them. Lqna is very rude with anyone who isn't Russian. And if I don't have my insurance by mistake she tells me I can't see you. But I've seen Russian people come in and she goes oh it's OK it's on field. So is mine on file. Why is is different because they are Russian like her. She very racist

Worker is so rude specially Russian lady. She don’t know anything and argue with everyone. I’ll not prefer you to go there.
