Receptionists are rude, can’t speak English properly and when patients ask if they understand properly and clarify they bite back. “How many time are you going to ask the same question. I understand.” Clearly not if you’ve made multiple mistakes with patient information. If you can’t take constructive criticism and fix mistakes while being professional maybe the job isn’t for you. However, the care from the rad tech and doctor meets standards.
