I have been a patient of Dr. Reddy’s for almost a year, with consistent visits, and I wanted to give this review the time it deserved. In short, I believe Dr. Reddy is one of the most competent and dedicated physicians I’ve encountered.
As someone who lives with medical trauma from past experiences, I tend to require a softer bedside manner than most. I want to be clear that this is my personal sensitivity, not a flaw in any doctor. Dr. Reddy has a direct and focused style. She gets right to the point, listens carefully, asks smart questions, and is completely invested in figuring out what is going on and how to address it effectively. She is not cold or dismissive. She simply works with clarity, purpose, and professionalism. Her commitment to her patients is absolutely evident.
What stands out most is her thoroughness. She takes the time to dig into your health history, gets lab work done right in the office which is an incredible convenience, and she builds out a plan based on real data and careful consideration. I have never felt rushed or brushed off. On the contrary, I can see her thinking deeply about what is best for me as a patient. She is also up to date on newer medications and treatment options, which tells me she is serious about continuing education and delivering the best possible care.
Dr. Reddy expects you to be engaged in your health. She will guide you and provide the right tools, but she also expects you to follow through. That is a mark of a doctor who respects both her role and yours in the care process. If your goal is to genuinely get better, adjust or improve treatment, or stay on top of chronic conditions, she will meet you with energy and diligence.
While Dr. Reddy is clearly the heart of the practice, I also want to acknowledge that the office staff is consistently professional, efficient, and respectful. I have had a number of bad experiences at other offices due to confusion around Medicare or insurance misunderstandings. That has not happened here. The staff knows what they are doing and they treat every patient with courtesy.
Referrals have been easy to secure, scheduling has been simple, and communication is reliable. These things all support the excellent care Dr. Reddy provides.
