PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF. I went to this urgent care because I was dealing with a severe headache, chills, and a bad cough that was making it difficult for me to breathe. Instead of being treated like a patient who clearly needed to be evaluated, I was left waiting for over 4 hours with no real sense of urgency from the staff. When I was finally taken back, the only thing they did was check my weight. No proper evaluation, no real concern for the symptoms I came in with, and no effort to address how serious I felt my condition was. It honestly felt dismissive and unprofessional. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this facility, but this visit was by far the worst. When someone comes in saying they are having trouble breathing and severe pain, it should be taken seriously. I left feeling like my health didn’t matter to them at all. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone who actually needs timely medical attention.

When I first got in there, they were a little rude the front desk and then they took forever to see me, but then took forever to get me into a room and two days later I was supposed to get my results I called. They said that the doctor will Give a call back and he never did for the past three days I’ve been calling and they keep on saying that the doctor will call back and he never did and now I’m flipping out and the place was filthy I suggest you go somewhere else besides this place they emailed my results, but it’s not the results that they were supposed to talk to me about this place is a waste of time. Don’t go here.
