Health One Physical Therapy, Pc

It is understandable that patients have to wait their turn, but the recepcionis't behavior is completely unprofessional. On a previous visit, I was sent to consultation room and left waiting for over 20 minutes without anyone checking on me or giving me an update. When I decided to leave, the receptionist still asked me to pay the copay even though I had not received any care. When I returned today, the receptionist told me in a rude manner that I need to '' changed my attitude'' she also stated very clearly that she was not going to change her own attitude and even told me that I should loof for therapy somewhere else. I FIND THIS UNACCEPTABLE AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. The only reason I returned was because of the excellent professionalism of the therapist Bryan, who treats patients with respect and care. Unfortunately, the receptionist who should be the welcoming face of the clinic shows the opposite: rude, dismissive and unwilling to acknowledge her lack of professionalism.

Front desk staff is super unprofessional. I tried relaying insurance information and she rudely hung up on me after saying I was crazy in spanish over the phone. They need to be better trained and be more knowledgeable. They do not know about health insurance coverages and benefits. It’s clear why they have 3 stars. Avoid this place if you can. I don’t recommend patients coming here. You will end up with a bill if you do because they don’t seem to understand what primary and secondary coverage is.
