WE LOVE Dr. Perez! Her "bedside manner", care and concern is top quality! We went to her for a few years, would drive from Brooklyn... *Prior to the pandemic* The main issue we had was receiving a bill for three visits each, for my husband and myself, two years after the visits. How in the world could we go to her six visits and never pay our copay. When I called to double check if they only took cash, I was told they took credit cards... Either they never asked me for a copay (because I would have paid with a card) or never sent a bill (never received a bill in the mail). I would go back, but sad about this experience. The wait time was fine, most of the time we went at the end of the day.

Excellent service, starting from the front desk receptionists (Angel and Patricia), their caring nurses, SW Jessica, assistant Dr. Charlene Cruz, Dr. Andrea Perez herself, all her office staff are very kind and professional. They make me feel listened to, cared for and I trust them with my health. As for waiting time, I rather wait and have my issues taken care in a proper and compassionate manner so I don't mind waiting but with all honesty and fairness, I have never had to wait a long time. Highly recommended...
