Dr. Sultana has been my family doctor for almost two decades. She takes her time, is very thorough, and makes you feel comfortable immediately. The medical assistants are very helpful too. There’s a reason that office is busy. Your health is the #1 thing you should make time for! Will 100% recommend to friends and family.

The front desk is so unprofessional, rude and unhappy. I think her name is Sherry or Charmaine; when she talks on the phone she asks what is this about? And when I ask who is this? She hangs up the phone. She must’ve forgotten she’s at work. Also, A few weeks back I asked for Anemia panel blood works and she couldn’t understand what it was and made me do a whole CBC blood-works which I already have done. I, also, got covid testing when I don’t need it. I will change doctor because this office has a receptionist that thinks she can just talk to people the way she wants.
