This location is a profit-first business that values payments over patient care. I spent over $750 here, only to be denied a refill unless I paid for yet another appointment. For over a year, this psychiatrist cycled me through multiple medications while ignoring the one I repeatedly asked for from the beginning. Most visits lasted less than 10 minutes, yet the out-of-pocket costs were extremely high. Management was equally unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing concerns or working toward reasonable solutions, every conversation focused on paying for another visit. The entire experience felt financially exploitative rather than medically supportive. I would strongly caution anyone considering treatment here.

This is horrific I have called 10 times for a refill with Dr Gabrielle Jalles no call back ,no courtesy at all I'm very disappointed , all I get is we have submitted ur request your provider, from get your refill today to it takes 10 days and it is my fault. Perfect on hold 15 mins each time .
