Clarice at the front desk was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful while helping my mother schedule her appointments. She made the entire process smooth and comforting, especially for an older patient who can sometimes feel overwhelmed. Her attitude and professionalism do not go unnoticed. I also want to acknowledge Massiel, her supervisor who went above and beyond to guide me through additional resources for my mother's care. She took the time to listen, understand our situation, and point me in the right direction regarding home care assistance and transportation services like Access-A-Ride.
