Hands Of Hope Pt Pc

I love Hands of Hope. I call it my happy place, despite the struggle to reach my potential. The Bedford location is excellent. Everyone is so kind and patient with helping you reach your goals. Mathew is especially attentive. He has an almost magical intuition as to what is needed for your body.

I just started here last week and my first experience was great. The staff seemed very helpful and welcoming. However, my second visit felt different. I was told to do the movements but was mostly left on my own without much supervision, aside from a bell to ring when I finished. It did seem like they might be a bit understaffed, but I do wish there had been a little more attention and guidance during the session. Hopeful for better sessions!
