This company makes it easy to find and schedule with a counselor, and their customer service is wonderful at providing information about your insurance benefits and coverage, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance when you reach out to them. They do require a method of payment up front, but they will only charge you for sessions you've actually attended, and only the amount your insurance company dictates. They are good to their clinical and admin staff, and are constantly growing and developing new tools.

Do not go through this company, they overcharge and double charge your bank account. You have to fight with them over everything, it's ridiculous, save yourself from this company
