I had my first visit with Dr. Diamond and, like many people, I was very nervous because of the unknown. From the moment I met him, I immediately felt safe and at ease. He has such a warm, reassuring nature and a great personality that made me feel comfortable right away. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped educate me so I fully understood my treatment. After my initial visit, I felt confident enough to move forward with treatment. I am very afraid of needles, but he applied a numbing gel before the injection, which helped tremendously. I truly appreciated how attentive, patient, and professional he was while I was in the dental chair. Linda, the hygienist, was gentle and kind, Elissa at the front desk is always so welcoming and helpful, and Rose, the manager, is incredibly supportive and transparent when it comes to dental needs and treatment plans. This entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and positive. I highly recommend this office! Once again thank you.
