I worked with Jacob from Green Key. He was very friendly and supportive from the start and showed his confidence and commitment to landing me a role. He was very professional and also down to earth and relatable and I enjoyed working with him throughout the entire process. He was always attentive and reachable as well. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish and I felt supported the entire time. Jacob along with Blake helped finalize the deal to land me the company’s top offer. I would highly recommend this recruitment firm as I had an all around great experience.

So I was contacted by Miriam at Green Key Resources for a role with a client. I met the client, I met their CFO. Both of them told me I was a good fit for the role. I went through three rounds of interviews. I was told that they'd follow up within the end of the week about the job and received no response. I expressed my frustration with Miriam about the situation. And then she had told me that they're still trying to get approval from Bill. She also assured me that there was nothing wrong with my resume, that they wanted to speak to me about the role. I said fine. I reached out to the client directly because I wanted to know what the hell is going on. And I find out the job's been put on hold indefinitely. So they weren't even trying to get approval. They just didn't want to move forward with budgets. And they didn't communicate that to the recruiter. So I was, as you could tell, I was naturally mad. I would never work with this company again. I feel that I've been a victim of potentially a bias about my race that was used during this process because why would they need someone urgently and then all of a sudden put a hold on the role? There's no explanation that gave me that they led to. It was very vague with no reasoning. They didn't communicate back, even though they said they liked my background. And honestly, it was a complete waste of time. Miriam lied to me about this and I felt she could have handled it better. I will never work with Green Key Resources again. I'd rather work, you're better off working with Robert Half or Michael Page. I found their experiences to be a lot more fulfilling and they're actually way more professional than the owner of this company.
