I visited my client’s husband and the receptionist was kind and friendly with a big smile. I asked for directions to the patient’s room and a staff helped me. A couple staff greeted me also. The patient’s room was clean and tide, and he looked great.

I was there from February 10 until May 2 after trying to recover from two broken ankles. The only bright spot about the place were the therapists, although PT and OT did not prepare me for coming home; one or two nurses, one or two aides and the activities department. Most of the aides and nurses were rude or lazy or both. The food was mostly processed and very unhealthy and awful. People would come into my room in the middle of the night, it was worse than my hospital stay after surgery. I hope and pray that I never have to go back.
