Grasmere Sleep Lab Corp

This was once a great lab. However from the most recent reviews you can see we are all dissatisfied. The place was empty, I needed to give a urine sample. The bathroom stunk and the toilet and floor was covered in human excrement. The staff were surly, unhelpful and had a “ I care less” reaction when I told them about the bathroom. This was once a great lab and the staff were great but these same staff now are a surly, sour bunch.

Came here for a drug test with my friend. Got there at 750 the lab opens at 8. There were a few people in front of us. They were extremely short staffed which I get. There was one woman doing everything. I preregistered and so did my friend. Everybody who pre registered before and after me got called even my friend. I asked the woman when I was being called thinking I might have gotten lost in between patients. Well she gets nasty and starts berating me in front of all the patients. Still wouldn’t tell me when I would be registered. Almost an hour goes by I’m the only one not registered and my friend goes in and takes her drug test. It’s an hour later my friend is finished with her test and I ask the woman whose name is Maritza if I’ll be called to get registered. She just smiles and says when she gets to it, that she’s busy. She wasn’t busy to register everyone else. She was on a power trip this woman and it’s not the first time she has been. Do not go to this location the service is horrible and they treat you like dirt.
