Grand Manor Nursing Home

This place receives 0 stars and minus stars. It is a dump!! Do not send your loved ones here!! The administration doesn’t care and so called social workers are inept, lack empathy , lack professionalism and compassion and education. Calls and emails are not returned. Place stinks and is disgusting!! Bathrooms and showers for residents are filthy . Roaches everywhere, Dirty razors, dirty towels In showers. Residents not properly tended to. No recreation for residents. They’re not frequently taken outside to patio area. Only a handful of the aides are caring. Couldn’t wait to get my mother out of this dump!!! Place should be closed down by the state forever and license revoked!!

They don't even deserve a one-star This nursing home is absolutely disgusting and unfit for anyone, especially those with dementia. My father suffered from neglect, over-medication, weight loss, no AC in 100-degree heat, and even rats in his room. The administrator Lorraine Gonzalez and social worker Shailene Montilla were completely unresponsive and uncaring. My father passed away a month ago, and no one has reached out to even give us there condolences and also to give us an opportunity to go pick up his items no family should ever go through this.
