I LOVEEEEEEE THIS PLACE! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I absolutely love it, I would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!! Pamela is incredibly kind and welcoming. She truly makes the whole experience of needing glasses enjoyable, and with her expertise in frames, & much more I ended up with the most chic pair. Thank you so much! I literally put my glasses on and walked right out!that should tell you how good they look and feel. Dr. Jonah Berman is amazing as well; he made me feel at ease right away, even though I was anxious. You can tell he’s very well-trained and genuinely passionate about what he does. My prescription glasses came out perfect.I love them too! Also Jordan, Diana, and Mireya are also so friendly and welcoming. they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I had the most amazing experience with Jordan at Grand Central Optical. My contact lenses got delayed because of a storm and I needed my prescription STAT before a flight the next morning to SE Asia for a four month long trip. The staff here were incredibly kind, helpful, and encouraging.
