I tried scheduling my appointment with this doctor. The morning of, the doctor texted me on my phone herself, saying she was sick and that we need to cancel our appointment. There was no apology or other explanation. She didn't even try to reschedule after that so I had to reach out to her myself to see if we could reschedule. I would take screenshots of our text messages and post it here because she was completely rude and unprofessional the whole time (unapologetic, no follow through, zero transparency, and horrible reading skills), but I didn't want to expose myself. I would ask if she had availability on a Thursday and she would respond with a Monday time, or tell me she was going to be on vacation on other days. When I would take more than 30 minutes to text back, she would tell me she can't wait and that the time slot she suggested will be given to someone else. This business is completely unprofessional and the doctor has horrible communication skills, if any. I gave up after the ridiculous back and forth for almost 2 months, and decided to go with a doctor in the same area with 45+ more years of experience.
