First of I just want to say that the Front desk ladies are very nice and professional however I had an appointment at 3pm and I was seen a little past 4pm when it wasn’t too busy. On top of that there was this lady, not sure if she was the manager but she’s shaped like the penguin in the Batman movie and she was very unprofessional being loud about people not their job or people laughing while on the clock or questioning one of the front desk ladies because apartment customers are not showing up after 4pm like that’s her responsibility! Overall the place needs work because it felt a little messy, overcrowded and a little outdated

If the dental skills would match the great customer service from the reception then this place would be gold. The male dentist not sure how long he has been practicing but did a horrible cleaning job on me. He had a hard time using the equipment and getting it started. He barely scraped my teeth with the brush. I had great cleaning work done before that almost felt like a deep cleaning, so I guess my expectations were high. He was sloppy and careless not sure if this is his field of choice or he was forced to pick a career but it shows. I was really disappointed in the lack of effort he put in for me. Just terrible. I had wanted to invest in a fixing my teeth but I am requesting a copy of x-rays and going elsewhere. The X-ray machine gets a 5 star and so do the receptionist. The actual dentist needs to go back to dental school or figure himself out but this is not it!
