as new client we had a great experience. we were welcomed by the nice lady at the reception that have guide us through filling up the forms and getting the insurance details. we have waited less than 10 min in the nice waiting room and was professionally treated by the nurse and doctor. My sister was enjoying herself somewhere else and wasn't with me

Today was my first time at Gotham City Orthopedics. I arrived early. The facility was very clean and felt welcoming; until I encountered they're unprofessional receptionist Ana. She was very rude and very short when trying to explain to me the details around my insurance/worker's comp. After stating that I had no intention on paying out of pocket for the visit, she reiterated with her unscrupulous tone how I needed to go about filling out the form placed before me. As a representative of this facility she has failed and left an impertinent impression. In all fields of service staff should be professional and compassionate; especially in the Health Care field. A huge waste of my time and money spent traveling here only to be treated so poorly.
