I had to definitely leave a review after 2-3 Incident because it’s only right that people don’t choose this type of facility. They don’t accept walking in unless it is approved by the doctor by phone. To get an appointment is a headache. My mom was in the ER I called and I left a message for a follow up doctor appointment. I didn’t received a call back until 2 weeks later. they are very careless and inconsiderate. Have no concern for their patients or their well being. I have to stay on top of them every time for my mom prescription and write emails to get my point across. I feel like this review is fair because we all need to be considerate and have a caring facility to be able to deal with the sick and the elderly people. So I hope this review make you think twice. I hope the clinic take action and make changes to be a better facility and stop acting like if the facility can stay open without having patients.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I have had enough frustrating experiences with this clinic that I felt the need to speak up. I recently called to ask about getting a medical form completed for a job, and the response was extremely unhelpful. I was placed on hold, only to be given the same vague answer that there were no appointments, without actually listening to or addressing my question. I wasn't asking for a full physical, just guidance or referral. This isn't the first time either. A year ago, I had a similar issue with the job opportunity, I had to turn down because I couldn't get a simple work from completed even though my physical was up-to-date . Also not to be rude, but there's a clear language barrier when calling the front desk, which makes it already stressful situation even harder to navigate. it would really help if someone fluent in English was handling calls, especially for time sensitive request. It's incredibly frustrating to feel like you're doing your part but the clinic isn't willing to or able to support you. I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their communicate with patients.
