Shout out to that obnoxious manager who spoke very arrogantly over the phone. The practice of accepting cash only is pretty shady (every grocery around the corner accepts cards) for me. Assuming that people cannot be trusted when they pay by check solely on the basis that we live in Russian speaking area speaks volumes about old Soviet intolerant mentality.

They tried to make me give them a cash "deposit" for preventative care that my insurance covers at 100%.
