I came into her office a bundle of nerves after coming from a terrible experience with another optic neurologist. Dr M could not have been more reassuring and kind to me. She took her time and was incredibly patient with my anxiety and questions. She sent me for a host of tests and when I came back to go over the results she again exuded such warmth, care and professionalism. Highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Moazami is quite kind and takes time to answer your questions. The low rating is for her office, which charged my bill to another patient, then after fixing that, never submitted to my insurance and charged me instead. On top of that, I made a trip to the city for an appt on another occasion, which cost me half a day, and they would not let me see the doctor, citing she did not take my insurance which, it turned out they do accept. It's unacceptable treatment.
