This is a terrible nursing company. Please stay away from them! Going there will be the beginning of a nightmare. It will drive elderly people to the brink of heart attack. They never answer the phone or reply to messages. The staff are rude, lacking any compassion or patience. When you ask them questions, they claim ignorance and pass the buck. I think all the staff at this nursing company need to hire caregivers themselves, because they are all seriously ill.

I don't recommend elderly people join Wanyou. Their attitude is getting worse and worse; they're becoming increasingly impatient and lacking in care. They just pass the buck. The elderly don't speak English well, and they won't even help make a phone call. So why should they join? What was the point of establishing Wanyou in the first place besides making money? It's getting worse and worse; I'm utterly disappointed.
