I have been waiting since November for services. We are about to start February in a week and still no services being provided. My son only received an initial assessment in December. I just received a mass group message from the company that parents are replying to with similar experiences. Horrible. This is a selfish cruel act towards families of special needs children. God does not like ugly. Especially when it is towards innocent children. I will be looking for services from another company.

I have had a very poor experience with Golden Care. There has been a total lack of communication regarding my child’s services; phone calls go unanswered and emails remain ignored. We have been without a BT for two months with zero updates from the team. I regret choosing this agency and would not recommend their services to other families.
