I had a new patient Friday afternoon appointment. Upon arrival, staff was unattentive, loud, were busy yapping away their personal nonsense. I specifically asked for teeth cleaning an X-ray upon booking appointment. Hygienist was a very rude individual who wanted to go home and didn’t have time to clean my teeth. Wasn’t sure why I was told otherwise. I will def advise to stay from this place if you are looking for a professional services as this dental practice is far from it.

I have been going here for years and when Dr. Loffredo left I guess they didn’t want to deal with my case anymore. Instead of being honest with me I had to find out from the dental lab that they never sent a prescription so I could have my bridge completed. I understand them not feeling comfortable working with something they are unfamiliar with but they could have been honest. And the attitude I got from Ashley on the phone when I called is beyond me. I’ve been fighting for 15 years to get my case finished and I don’t deserve the attitude I was given. Ruth and Vinnie at the front are amazing and so is most of the staff. I’ll never go here again which is sad to me as I thought I built up a relationship with the people at this office but I guess that means nothing in terms of the respect I’m given. Very sad! Edit: I found out they kicked all their complicated cases out of the office. So I am not the only person to all of a sudden have to find a dentist to go to. I have a rare pain disease and now I have to drive 2.5 hours round trip to see the dentist instead of 15 minutes round trip. This has made my life significantly more difficult and I want them to know Karma is coming for them. What horrible people run this company!
