The worst. My son needed an extraction. We went into cleaning appointment. she said I will call you immediately with an appointment, no availability at the moment. Never called me back... if you are so overwhelmed with patients that you cannot fit in your existing patients then don’t take on any more patients. I’m waiting for her to call me so I can tell her that we went to a different dentist and had a cleaning appointment and then appointment for extraction and she has scheduled him more appointments to fix all the issues that this practice couldn’t resolve because they either spent it always taking xrays and cleanings and then say that we needed to make another appointment with a bigger time slot. I felt like no one cared and they just flipped you around here and there. The dental hygienist were very nice, the front desk thought their 10$ an hr job was life and death and they wanted you to lick their feet to get an appointment. Please save yourself the time and effort. Skip this one. Go to angel dental. The best service, very prompt. They tell you how it is and you can get an appointment. Which is the whole reason you wanna go to the dentist so your child will be seen....

Worst experience not once but twice . To start off 2 times here and never met the actual dentist . First time the hygienist was so nasty . They have Zero patience or compassion for a child’s 1st dental experience . They answer the phone when they feel like it . Second time they called to confirm but never told me the X-ray machine was broken when we were going for X-rays . They pushed for a cleaning of course . When my daughter was a little nervous and asking the hygienist what she was doing she wouldn’t answer until I said my daughter only wants to know what you’re doing so she won’t be scared. After she was done my daughter wanted a cup to rinse the blood and she just walked away . The entire time we were in the room there was a girl by the computer just pushing for the next appointment when I kept saying I didn’t know my schedule . Very unprofessional, rude, and dirty & don’t seem competent .
