I went to this location with my 7 year old son. As soon as I walked in I was met by a very rude and condescending receptionist. She had absolutely no manners and couldn’t even bother to greet us. Immediately she snappingly yelled that they were going on lunch. I tried to ask them a simple question multiple times but she continued to cut me off time and time again. She gave me no opportunity to even ask a yes or no question. She then proceeded to say I couldn’t stay in the waiting room because they were all going on lunch, while I saw another patient sitting there. I attempted to ask my question one last time and again I was met with the same resistance and attitude from the receptionist. At that point I chose not to continue dealing with the rude and unprofessional woman and I just left with my child. I ended up going to CityMD where they were super kind, helpful and saw my son right away. Nevertheless I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION to anyone. They don’t even deserve one star.
