I would like to thank Dr. Sofiya Khazanovich and her assistant Javron for their excellent work. I had crowns placed on my front teeth, and the procedure was quite complex and took a significant amount of time. I also have some difficulties tolerating certain anesthetics, and Dr. Khazanovich took this very seriously and carefully considered it throughout the treatment. Everything went as comfortably as possible. Sofiya and Javron were very friendly, answered all my questions, and clearly explained each step of the process. I am very happy with the result. My teeth look great, and now I can smile widely again. Thank you for your professionalism and attentive care!

Terrible customer service and an extremely unpleasant experience. I originally came in for a dental cleaning, but it turned out I also needed fillings. We scheduled an appointment, discussed the cost, and that’s when the problems started. They kept calling me and asking to reschedule. First it was technical issues, then the dentist was on vacation, then some other excuse. They changed my appointment date five times. After two months of delays, they informed me—just one day before the scheduled visit—that my out-of-pocket cost would be three times higher than the amount we had originally agreed on. I declined. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. You’ll receive calls from different people who seem completely unaware of your case and do not communicate with each other. Very poor service.
