A lot of those reviews are not for Dr Tuluca his office is not in the basement, and his staff are excellent very caring people. Please don’t misrepresent this honorable doctors reputation. I’ve been with Dr. Tuluca for many years and received nothing but positive services and he is an excellent pain management professional.
