1, The front desk gave me the wrong address for my gastroscopy appointment. 2, After my gastroscopy, nobody informed me that I needed to take stomach medication. As a result, I suffered from stomach pain for two days. No one ever apologized for this mistake. 3, After my colonoscopy, I woke up about 30 minutes later and found that I could not open my left eye. It was painful, tearing excessively, red, and swollen. I suspect that during the procedure, no nurse paid attention to my face, causing my left eye to remain partially open or rub against the bed, which may have resulted in a corneal injury. Instead of investigating what happened, the doctor repeatedly tried to avoid responsibility and refused to acknowledge any mistake. This place is frightening. I have never experienced such poor care and lack of accountability.
