Headline: 5 Stars for Ashley and the Medical Staff / 1 Star for Management I have been a patient at the Forest Ave office for years and have always had wonderful experiences with the doctors and staff. However, what I witnessed today was a complete disgrace on the part of management. The office was completely packed with a long line of waiting patients, and the phones were ringing off the hook. Despite the chaos, there was only one person working the front desk. Ashley was doing her absolute best to stay calm, keep a smile on her face, and help everyone. She was literally running back and forth, apologizing to patients in person so she could buzz the back door or answer lines to place people on hold. For a company this large, leaving one employee to run a busy front desk alone is a setup for failure. I am writing this because hardworking employees rarely get the recognition they deserve, while every mistake is put under a spotlight. This office is usually a pleasant place with staff who feel like family, and it infuriates me to see them treated this way by higher-ups. A message to Ashley: Sweetie, you were left at a total disadvantage today and failed by your bosses, but you conquered that chaos with absolute grace. Your hard work did not go unnoticed.
