After two years of being a patient, I have found that the healthcare facility has failed to provide adequate assistance. Firstly, patients must wait for at least 30 minutes for a doctor to become available. During this time, patients are not allowed to explain their symptoms or describe the areas of pain. Instead, the doctor ignores the patient and leaves the room, only to return later. Additionally, the facility’s sanitation is subpar. Every room, particularly the bathroom, is in poor condition. Despite the substantial amount of money that patients pay through their insurance, the facility has not made any significant improvements. The building itself is over a century old and lacks the modern amenities of a contemporary healthcare facility. But there is one good thing ,the receptionist in front are really kind and treat everyone like their kids ❤️.

Dr. Tibor Gershkovich is by far the best pediatrician I have ever had. I began seeing him as a child, and 29 years later I continue to trust him with my care. He is exceptionally compassionate, thorough, and always takes the time to explain everything in detail. He saved my life three times after I went into cardiac arrest in the ER about 28 1/2 years ago as a baby. I had received two injections for pneumonia penicillin and cephalosporin—and that critical moment was when my mother first met him. She was experiencing a mental breakdown, terrified she was going to lose her child. Dr. Gershkovich stepped in as the attending physician on call, took charge, provided expert care, and ultimately saved my life. He treated my family with genuine kindness then, and he continues to treat us like family to this day. He truly has a heart of gold, and I could not be more grateful. Dr. G, you are simply the best.
