Where should I start Dr George Lum is a good doctor until he want to get rid of you as his patient about a year ago he told us that he going to start to get rid of some of his patients but I thought that he will inform them before he did it . My husband had 8 strokes and needs his medication when I call to make an appointment his wife told me that I so sorry but we can’t see u any more . This is not right they should be a place to complain about dr who do this . When they become a dr they take a oth they don’t care anymore. I’am very mad mad

I was a patient of Dr. Lum’s for more than 15 years. Up until 3 days ago, 12-7-2022, when I had COVID I called this doctor for a prescription to help me fight COVID. To my surprise this doctor informed my wife that I’m no longer his patient because the “insurance company reassigned me to a doctor in Brooklyn.” This was a blatant lie. I called my insurance company and they still had doctor Lum and my PCP. On top of that he tells me that he presumed that I was seeing another doctor because he had not seen me for 2 years. I never got a courtesy call from this doctor, whom I have known for more than 15 years. If he presumed that I got a new PCP how come he never received a request from my new PCP for a transfer of my medical history. In conclusion, George Lum is a horrible doctor. It’s unfortunate that I had to find out that the doctor that I thought I knew and trusted for more than 15 years dropped me as a patient when I was at my worst fighting COVID.
