I had the worst experience in my life dealing with Dr. Westrich nurse practitioner. She made incorrect assumptions, with no listening skills, creating false statements, and arrogant. I liked Dr. Westrich, but very important issues pushed off to their rheumatologist were not addressed at all properly. Surgery day would have been a nightmare. This is no reflection on Dr. Westrich. I believe he is a competent and skilled surgeon.
