Due to considerable pain, I scheduled an appointment for a filling and deep cleaning. Regrettably, Dr. Teresa exhibited unprofessional behavior, stating that she couldn't see me due to a consult. I was forced to verify this information with the receptionist, where it was clearly indicated. Dr. Teresa's actions were dishonest and made me feel unwelcome. I was charged hundreds of dollars for a consult that didn't occur, as she only spoke five words: "I can't see you today." No actual treatment was provided. While waiting in the waiting area for approximately 20 minutes for my driver, I observed that all individuals of color were turned away, whereas Caucasian patients were seen. I would not recommend this establishment under any circumstances.
