Best medical experience I've ever had! Respectful of pronouns and never said the wrong name. Didn't blink when I mentioned enm. Didn't ask about my sling until I brought it up. Described how things were going to feel before doing them, even the blood pressure cuff, (which most dont describe assuming you've had it done before). Asked permission before touching me or my things. When I said my insurance only covered one specialist who wasn't taking any new patients right then, the intake nurse went out of their way to call them for me and got me the name of a different specialist that I can call! Only tiny complaint was that when they looked at my file, 2 out of 3 guessed at my name's pronunciation, one got it right the other wrong. Either way, I would've rathered them ask my name rather than take a guess. (It's not hard to pronounce, there's just a masculine and feminine pronunciation, and i look androgynous so its always a coin toss) Beyond that, so amazing. Free stickers, candy, juice, condoms, water, and had fliers of queer events, paid studies opportunities, and mental health services. I'm so glad I found this place
