I've been lucky enough to have been taken care of by Carmen for the past two years or so. I have monthly visits online and have never had any issues getting in touch with Carmen for my telehealth visits. Carmen is of course very knowledgeable and as professional as they come but I'd like to highlight how great of a listener she is. I'm a disorganized yapper most days but Carmen is able to sift through the mess and understand what's going on in my life to better form a treatment plan and build good habits for me. The staff at Specialty Clinic has also been stellar at responding to messages promptly whenever I needed assistance. The facility is clean and whenever I would come in, I was always taken care of promptly.Thank you Carmen and Specialty clinic for all the care I've received so far. 5/5 experience.

I'm not sure about all the negative reviews, but my provider, Dr. Rhodes has been the most professional compassionate physician I've seen. I've never had an issue getting my meds, never had an issue with communication. My experience has been positive, thought id share since it seems only the negative has been written about, people like to complain and maybe some are valid, but its not every patient. They wouldn't still be in business if they were deadset on ruining lives here, c'mon. They've always been good to me, and I am a very complex case. So here's 2 cents more...
