They charge veterans for services that were scheduled for veteran evaluations then use a billing services that never answer the phone and use a third billing contract to send you statements. The office also never answers the phone. I guess I’m going to have to go up there in person to get some answers.

Very rude staff, maybe they’re under paid or doesn’t want to work,they dont know what they are doing,giving me hard time to make appointments for both my mom and I unless the doctor gives them instructions,this is a very critical specialist for medicine to very fragile patients,and they have the nerve to say don’t give me attitude,they didn’t want to book my mom’s appointment and lied about availability,this is alot of accountability to take,please do a background check or a psychological tests to ensure you hire people that are willing to save lives,
