Everyone at this office was so kind, my optometrist was prompt, and I had a very good, thorough eye exam. I got new glasses and the frames to choose from were very nice - although note that they’re in a higher price range so you can always find cheaper ones elsewhere and order for your prescription.

Dr. Gary Tracy and his team are the best, for my eyeglass needs and vision health assessment for many years. His practice carries a terrific selection of frames and has major experience helping customers choose the best frames for them. I've enjoyed wearing my beautiful eyeglasses from Dr. Tracy for many years because they are top quality. You probably will pay a bit more than with chain or online eyeglass sources, but many will find the difference is worth it. Also, as a client you can stop in for free assistance if your glasses need a missing screw or normal adjustment of any parts (e.g., the temple pieces have gotten misaligned). They are a true, decades old UWS business and very neighborly. Always totally satisfied with his expert, methodical optometry exams - never rushed! - and caring manner in conducting them. I enjoyed asking him scientific questions about his field, and he always gave me clear, informative answers. He keeps up with the scientific literature in his field, which is important. When I needed cataract surgery, Dr. Tracy referred me to one of the best ophthalmologic surgeons in NYC. I could always count on him for expert advice and physician referrals for any medical eye and vision issues. Bottom line: Dr. Tracy is a great provider and I highly recommend him and his team.
