Lisa and her whole career team are excellent! This was my first experience with physical therapy and I had called other places first as I was going down a list from the doctors office - I’m so glad I ended up with Lisa. This was the only place that I called that spent time on the phone listening to my needs and then they tried to get me in as soon as possible. Lisa herself called me and moved my appointment up, evaluated me and then I was put into the schedule for multiple visits that first week. The care that I received at PT Options was top quality - everyone is kind, caring and professional. I so enjoyed my sessions I will miss going now that I have been discharged! I also like how Lisa gave me exercises to do at home, modifications for activities that I was doing already and truly shared her knowledge of managing my pain. I also loved that this is a small office. I highly recommend Physical Therapy Options in Garden City!

I highly recommend Physical Therapy Options!!! At PT Options, you get one on one therapy every time! The entire staff is amazing! They listen and evaluate you and set up a specific plan to help you heal! Lisa the owner is very personable. She really goes above and beyond for her patients. Lisa at the front desk is so sweet and makes sure your appointments are scheduled at your convenience. She is quite the multitasker!!! Gillian is Fantastic! She motivates me to push myself. She knows when I’m in pain and has patience. She’s a great listener and is always showing me new exercises to do at home. I have a blast going to physical therapy because of everyone here!
