I had a really positive experience at CVS recently. As soon as I walked in, the store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I was able to find most of what I needed without any trouble, and the shelves were well stocked. What stood out the most was the customer service. A staff member noticed I looked a bit unsure and came over to help right away. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to answer my questions and guide me to the right products. At the checkout, the cashier was just as welcoming and made the process quick and smooth. Overall, the visit felt easy and stress-free, and I left with everything I needed. It’s the kind of experience that makes me want to come back again.

I was assisted in the pharmacy department by an employee named Alisi (I may not be saying the name correctly). I would like to especially highlight her attentiveness and kindness. She treated me in a very professional and warm manner, and I am very satisfied with the service.
